Tasting Notes
Red wine from Alsace (from the locality Bouxberg) whose typical nose evokes red berries (cherry, blueberry …).
Its mouth has silky tannins, and you can serve it a little refreshed or slightly chambered like any other light red.
It will be the perfect companion for grilled meat, red meat, game and cheeses.
FRANCE
